• “Orion” finished his championship with a 4 point major at the Southern Colorado Kennel Club show in November

• “Lilu” at only 15.5 months old accomplished these feats at our BRT Nationals 9/18-9/21
• Day 1: Lilu won Best Puppy in Sweepstakes (she beat all bitches and dogs aged 6 months-18 months old); she then went on and wont 3rd place in her class for regular classes
• Day 2: Lilu won Winners Bitch (finishing her championship with a 5 pt major), then went Best of Winners and on to Best of Breed Owner Handled– she topped the day off with an OH group 3. On this day she also tested for and passed her CGCA & CGCU (she already had her CGC, TKN, TKI, & TKA through classes with Pam Leland)
• Day 3: the judge kept looking at her, but she didn’t make the cut

GCHS CH Seabrook’s Slam Dunk at Kirenska

• Peach and Sparkle earned their BCAT in 6 straight runs. Sparkle also competed at the SCKC Scent Work trials on September 27 and 28 earning two legs in advanced buried, two legs in advanced buried, two legs in advanced interior-including a smoking first place 28 seconds ahead of second place-, two legs in novice handler discrimination including a 1st place and a 4th place to finish her novice handler discrimination title. She is Sage’s daughter so the fabulous nose comes naturally!

Black Powders Don’t Stop Me Now, CGCA CGCU TKN

• “Trinity”, bloodhound puppy, co-owned by Kasie McGee and marlene Groves finished her Championship in style at Topeka. She was under the capable hands of Paul Catterson. Pretty impressive for a member of a low entry breed, and to get it done at just one year old! Now, on the search and rescue training in earnest!

GCH CH Monumental’s Shenanigan TKN

• Our Black Russian National at Purina Farms was this month followed by 3 all breed shows. It was the largest entry ever with 37 specials. "Trip" with Lian made the final cut of 4 males. He made the cut the next two days and won the breed on Sunday and a group 2

• At just 16 months, Raina finished with 3 majors with little showing.

• WE DID it! We managed to dodge any really bad weather and had a great Easter day test!
• Brian held down the secretary desk and handled all the glitches and paper-work like a champ!

• We ran 44 dogs in the AM. 14 of which were German Shepherd dogs wow, the GSD really helped with our overall entries!
